Brazilian Jiujitsu

Brazilian Jiujitsu is the premier ground-fighting martial art made famous by Royce Gracie in the early UFCs in the mid-1990's. Brazilian Jiujitsu holds the philosophy that 90% of all fights end in the ground whether it be via knockdown, throws, trips, or takedowns. Once on the ground, positioning is key in ending the fight. Once a fighter has gained superior positioning, he is now in place to apply a fight ending submission.
